Why can't I use Chinese, Japanese, or Korean characters in the watermark?

This tool uses a standard PDF font (Helvetica) that only supports Latin and other WinAnsi-encoded characters. If your watermark text contains unsupported characters, you'll see a warning — try using Latin letters, numbers, or basic punctuation instead.
