This free tool turns plain text or Markdown notes into a proper PDF document, complete with word-wrapped paragraphs and page breaks. Combine multiple files into one PDF, or just paste text and go — everything happens locally in your browser, so your content is never uploaded anywhere.
Is this TXT to PDF converter really free?
Yes. There's no signup, no watermark, and no limit on how many times you can use it.
What file types can I upload?
You can upload .txt and Markdown (.md) files, or simply paste text directly into the box — you can even combine both in one PDF.
Are my files uploaded to a server?
No. Everything is processed locally in your browser using JavaScript — your text and files never leave your device.
Why do my Chinese, Japanese, or Korean characters disappear from the PDF?
This tool currently uses a standard PDF font that only supports Latin/Western characters (WinAnsi encoding). Any CJK or other non-Latin characters are automatically removed so the PDF can still be generated — full Unicode font support is planned for a future update.
Can I combine multiple text files into a single PDF?
Yes. Upload several .txt or .md files and they'll be combined into one PDF, each starting on its own page if you leave the page-break option enabled.
Does it keep my line breaks and paragraphs?
Yes. Line breaks and paragraph spacing from your original text are preserved — only very long lines are automatically word-wrapped to fit the page width.
