Which metadata fields can I edit?
You can edit the Title, Author, Subject, Keywords, and Creator fields. The Producer field and creation/modification dates are read-only in the form, but the Clear All Metadata button can strip those too. Saving any edit also removes the file’s embedded XMP metadata stream, even if you only changed one field.
What hidden information can PDF metadata leak?
